well heres my first \"large\" conversion work! so far i have made the spore launcher and assembled the model i will be converting into the biovore! next thing is to attach the launcher to the abck of the assembled model and blend it so it looks as if its part of the models back. iv noe entirly figured this out yet however i think i may just continue the tube strait into its backand rounding it to meet the caparace then make a thin line smooth with the carapace over top like its a gap in the carapace allowingthe launcher to stick out...... i will also probaly be creating a longer tail for this guy! bottom pic shows the gun i made and where i plan on placing it. (i also removed the top peice)

Something like this shouldn\'t require too much sculpting talent. First just build it up to smooth the gap out. Then just take your time and do the rest in layers. Have you figured out what shape/style you want it to be yet?

well i just did the GS not the best job as ive never tried it before but im actualy quite happy with it and think it looks good! the pics make it look a little worse then it really is and i think once painted should look even better!

At the risk of making it more willy like....
Are you going to be putting ammo sacs on the model...

It\'s looking great but it\'s the whole firing mechanism that biovores have that makes the model look like it can do the job..

They use there two limbs to squeeze the spore mines out.
At the moment it looks like it is walking around with an odd growth,..

I\'m not criticising the work or the idea it\'s just if your gonna do it go for the extra details.
