Anyone know where lengths of ribbed/threaded cables/pipes could be purchased? For use on sci-fi background/scenery/dioramas. Like in the wall plates seen here http://forum-of-doom.com/index.php?topic=12655.0

I've already got more bookmarked hobby sites than I can shake a stick at (not that I have, stick shaking is sooo 90's), but haven't come across one with anything to fill that role. Ain't had any luck with a "search" on those terms either. It's fair doing my head in. :nailbiting:

Odd, I've been to that site before and not seen that. Guess I shoulda gone to specsavers. :silly!:

Guitar and base strings. Works a charm and is relatively cheap as long as no one tricks you into buying the 'real' brands
