well concidering how much it looks like an imperial guardsmen not to mention the power fist heheh, all im sayin is GW might see that and not be too happy about it

About GW, I can not see anyhting that may be a problem. To me the figure is common sci-fi imaginery, it could appear in an Aliens movie, a cyborg movie, ...
