Nice work. I especially like the skull and gems! The brass looks very good as well. Nice, big, clear photo helps as well.

The flat black areas seem a bit dull to me. I think some more highlights and/or battle damage would liven them up a bit.

i must admit that it does have a unfinished look to it. it might be the black or the simplistic nature of the paint job. i guess not every chaos dread has to be soaked in blood or gore lol
but it would certainly help to have a little wear to break up the flat spots. i guess what im trying to say is that if the brass is so old and worn why isnt the rest of it.

oh and the toes could be tied up dunno if its brass or dirt.

Nice! I love the metals, but I do agree about the black being a little flat. I had similar problems with my Chaos, but if you blend up to almost-neat Bleached bone on the edges it can look good.

well just got back from barcelona so ill make this quick

the black is highlighted just with a very dark green as i wanted the black to stay as black as possible.

As for battle damage its not something i have attempted in a long while so i may have to practice on somehing disposable and then transfer it across as if im not with GW come games day ill enter this in the vehicle category.

keep an eye out as i have got a nearly finished warhound titan that will appear on here soon and about 6,500 points of black legion to paint including more forgeworld goodies, Mmm resin \'cough cough\' i think its the black lung pa.
