Freak, sorry for my bad english i would try to explain the oils technique.
First, you have to make a fundation with acrylics with the colour you wish like base. With the oils you must prepare the same colour (for mix the pigment use a bit of thinner for oils). Apply this new base, and \"comb\" with the brush the surface.
Now you can apply lights and shadows. Make the higher light with oils and higher shadow (usually black). And put them in their places (thinner is no needed). Comb the line beteween base and light or shadow. The most important thing is to have the brush very clean, when you change from light to shadows. Use diferents brushes for apply the oils and for to Comb the pigment.
For get dirty with oils, you only have to make filters like with wash fo acrylics.
