BLEEP BLEEP EBAY

So Ive been using ebay alot lately. I wanted to buy a guitar so I bid on 3 and ended up wining all three. No biggy cause my daughter wanted a guitar as well so we have one each and a spare. I made the mistake and bid on 3 guitars so my bad I will wear it.

I also voted on an 88key digital piano. I got it fairly cheap and I was wrapped. Then I get an email from the supplier that they are out of stock and cannot order any more. Funny thing is they still have 3 auctions for the same item going.

So I tell Ebay and am waiting for a response. I am really burned up about this just wondered what my rights are.

Well, they advertised it, so they have to send you one or refund your money. If they\'re still advertising knowing full well they cannot deliver on the contract then that could constitute fraud. I don\'t know if that is the case, I\'m not an expert on the law. Certainly e-bay should take some action against them.

This is eBay.

You\'re the buyer, not one of their precious sellers.

So practically none! :flame:
