blending!

You should probably be a little more specific, as there are several techniques used for \"blending\".
Layering, feathering, wetblending, etc...

And some painters even define these differently....ie layering/feathering can mean different things to different people.

Are you looking for something for wet-over-wet techniques or wet-over-dry techniques?

All techniques are good in different ways and have their uses! I don\'t use ONE technique... I use the technique I find best for the task at hand.

If you\'ve read the stuff you can find here in the forums and in the article section then all that remains is practice!

You can only read so much... That won\'t make you a good painter. You need to practice a LOT for that! Knowing the techniques in theory makes the practice easier, but sooner or later you got to learn the handiwork and you can\'t do that by reading.

ok so first you need to bend over... while doing this make sure and eat a meatball sandwich while snorting your abc\'s. at the moment the blood starts to rush to your head. bark like a dog, then jump up and down until blood starts to pour from the open soars on your feet as this is happening pick up your brush and begin blending.

i do this 2 to 3 times a day and find it to be very relaxing. lol

but yeah ritual put it best. the more practice you get the better the mini will be. take a look at some of my first mini\'s and my latest. i have gotten considerably better and so have other people, i remember for me i was painting one night and said to myself holy s^&t i\'m blending. thats pretty much how it happens. keep it up though.

meatballs were never meant to go in sandwiches. They\'re the wrong shape.

The true sandwich of enlightenment is roast beef and mustard. ENGLISH mustard. :D

OH - blending. Yeah - what Ritual said.

Well I know for a fact A&W is in Canada, I always kind of thought it was an American Chain though. Don\'t really know on that point.

I do know I miss the barely remembered days when you pulled up to A&W in your car, a girl on rollers skates came out and took your order, and you ate off a tray that attached to the side windows. Oh that and Mozza Burgers rock.

Mmmm all that salt and other crap in the mix sounds far better than roast beef with yorkshire pudding. I know which I would rather have. :p

Blending: post some pics in the WIPS forum. That way folk can give advice and see what level your at.
