Blood Bowl Troll, comments please....

Hi to everyone,

have my second BB-Troll ready, was fun to paint. I have used Valleyo Paints here with many thin Layers. I want not to much different colors, but not to dark too. Hope, i found the right way. Again i have a little Freehand on him. The Wood-Base was only for taken a Photo.

Looks like you really had fun with the Troll. I wish the picture was clearer. I hate when I try posting pics and they turn out with the streaky blur. Was wishing I could make out the design you did on his shoulder armor better. I like the color scheme. Using the wood base just for the presentation is a good idea. I may steal that one. ;)
Bloodbowl figs have some interesting details. I remember painting two different Halfling teams for guys in my league. Two different color schemes. My husband did the Tree Men cause he has a thing for trees. The guys with the collanders and pots on their heads instead of helmets were my favorites.

Great paintjob. O love the color scheme. Good work. And I like your pictures.

The only thing I can say is why is the score so figgn low. I voted and the next pic that came up was my an italian painter. it had a 9.2 and had bad blending and shitty pix. I dont understand CMON sometimes.

I\'ve already said what i think of Mark works, but luckily we have very different tastes and preferences, so sheba who is this phantomatic italian painter with a 9.2 not deserved? give us the name so we can blame him, there are not much italians that can reach this rating on the site: maybe you mean Beltane? or Franciuus? or Golden Dragon? or maybe Luis Cypher?

well, i\'m surely not the italian painter with a not deserved 9.2: none of my minis reaches 9.0! lol

anyway, i agree it\'s under-rated: the blending is really good, the armour and freehand are outstanding and it\'s one of the coolest trolls i\'ve ever seen!
i may only suggest a little more highlight on the tips of the spikes of the armour, but that\'s just a matter of personal taste! btw, it\'s a 9.x for me!

first many thanks for your comments :)

About Rating - I had trouble with a group of People a time ago, got an P-Mail here on Coolmini they mean my rating is much to high on my entrys and their group will now look, that every rating from me is going down. I have deleted the mail and have no more think about this. But i see this on every new mini in coolmini. As soon the Rating is going up with the next few ratings it´s going down....

A few on my older minis here was not rated for a longer time, and was then going down too, from one day to another.

I was looking on the Name of the P-Mail, but it was no longer on Coolmini. This is now a long time ago, but the downrating is allways there :-(.

I few people told me i shall change my Name, but i want this not because i will not flee from this people... When tey mean they must have that fun......
