Bloody rags

I am looking for some good mini examples of bloody bandages or rags, or if someone could point me to an article that would be cool.

i would simply suggest taking a look at some pictures of real bloody bandages/rags and going from there.

do you want it to be fresh blood or old and dried on? if it\'s old, i\'d build up to a dark red from browns. if you want fresh blood, just pop on some tamya clear red - gory stuff that

Yeah, that TCR is just perfect! I usually paint a bit of brown where I want the blood, and then after Matt varnishing it, touch up the with the blood color! Shiney, red blood!

Mix a spot of black into TCR for congealing nastiness..... :|~

Yeah, black mixed in with Clear Colour gives groovey clumpy congealed effects for sure.

For blood stains I find that it\'s best to paint on the splashes in purple ink first, then go over with the Clear Colour red after that.
