just wondering what you guys think of it.

i am starting to get the hang of photoing minis now, as well as sorting out the light levels.

the free hand on the armours trim doesnt show up that well as it is so small.

let me know what you think.

thanks guys.

A bit blurry. Make sure you\'re using the macro on your camera (looks like you are) and have it set on the highest resolution possible.

He is a bit dark...I mean I would hardly notice him standing there in the shadows with that poison dagger aimed at my heart.

Actually, very solid job on highlighting the black without making it look completely blue...I\'m liking it!

\"You took a white Orchid and turned it blue\"
-The White Stripes.

so suitable. Anyways, Blue Orchid sounds like it should be a girl.. but thats neither here nor there.

Model looks good.

Generulpoleaxe was round at my house yesterday and I was able to have a good look at this in real life.
As I said to Chris the picture is nowhere near the quality of this mini.

The shadows have a very subtle Purple tonality and the highlights on the cloak have a very soft almost velvet-like appearance. All in all this miniature is clearly an example of great painting and I wanted to break his fingers there and then. lol

I hope you don\'t mind Chris, but I\'ve captured the picture and tried to tweek it closer to what it is in reality.

One of the things that isn\'t apparent on the photo is that the skintone is clearly Asian, having a very rich Olive/Ochre bias, clearly fitting in to the Mythos of the Hashassin guild of the middle ages and very much in keeping with the scuplt of the mini.
