board game meltdown....

Been buying older GW boardgames in the 40k universe during the last two years or so... Space Hulk + expansions, Space Crusade, Advanced Space Crusade, Tyranid Attack ... been reading rules and painting Rogue Trader vintage minis to play the games...only one problem -- no one here in Denmark wants to play! My kids have lately become very busy anytime I come around toting a game box. Quick learners, I guess...

Anyways, any of you Scandinavians out there up for a game?:D

Same problem here with all games. No chance to play them.

Congratulations on getting those games. I have SpaceHulk with the expansions I know of, but the others are hard to get ahold of. Of course if I were in England it would be easy, judging by e-Bay.

You could make your own \"pocket spacehulk\" like in my gallery and surprise them! At least they wouldn\'t see the box coming.

Our kids love games, thank goodness. Unfortunately, we just haven\'t had the time to play lately. When we were visiting Duende and Dachande this summer (or was it Airhead) we saw a 3rd edition of Talisman and got it. We\'ve got one, maybe two expansions, but not the Dragon Tower - yet!

Anyway, we have yet to play Talisman with them, but I\'m looking forward to it!

I gave the original hero quest game to my daughters (then 8 and 6) They love it Although they play there own rules and it always ends in saving the princess. My youngest has also become very interested in painting. I guess if I palyed it with them they would probably get very busy as well.

Haven\'t played Spacehulk in years like wise Talisman and Dungeon Quest have them all sat on the shelf gathering dust and no one to play against.

Good luck getting the dragon set. It\'s scarce.
I sold my Talisman a while back with all the expansions but and made over $400 profit on it.

I have 2nd ed talisman, but I\'m missing the Dungeon set.

Anyone else remember Block War? That was fun :)

I have all the Talisman 3rd edition (including Dragon Tower set :p ), Dungeonquest with all the expansions (Dungeonquest Catacomb and Heroes for Dungeonquest), Hero Quest, Curse of the Mummy tomb, Space Fleet, Rogue Trooper and Talisman 2nd edition Italian version.

Nice games, sometimes better than gw regular games :)

Man, if all of us gamers with no-one to game with could get together, then...well, there would be no gameless gamers left! :bouncy:

Wouldnt it be good to have a virtual gamers site I wonder if Bills thought of that yet. Then again a couple of web cames and game boards and who knows what could happen.
