Just need to confirm timing on Bob's ability.

Does Bob's ability move his allies before or after defense is rolled by the opposing team/or payback reaction?

Found the answer
"Unless stated otherwise, each special effect takes place immediatelywhen its triggering event happens. If two effects would happen
simultaneoulsy, the controlling player decides the order in
which they are executed."
