Very good work there Boubi I like the colour choice and the glazing is great. One thing I might suggest is that the head needs a bit more contrast as it is not really standing out against the surrounding armour (which is very good by the way).

I would say just the bridge of the nose the temples and the tips of the ears need a small amount more highliting just to make it stand out a bit more nothing major just a little push further.

Excellent work keep it up!

Thank you Andy, you are right, I need to work on the head better, I don't like this big claws in front you cannot really see it clearly and I painted the head separately. Now when it is together you can see that something is off. I will rework it when I finish the base.

Thank you Meph, Thank you KruleBear! Happy to be back!

I have worked on few other minis the last week. I have started a new rythm, I go to bed early around 9pm and just wake up at 4.30am then paint until 7am. Quite nice to achieve something before going to work! Calm, no kids, nobody who is disturbing me painting!

Hello Fellow painters!
Some updates on my actual work... I found a new schedule and way to dedicate to my miniature painting.
I decided over a month ago to to to bed early, around 9pm and just wake up at 4.30am, then paint from 5am to 7am, 2h straight, no noise, no disturbances, silence background, just dedication. I found it so pleasurable, that I am not doing it on a daily basis since then.
I have never painted as much as the last month, I have finished old WIP and started new mini (as a compensation)

Here some results of this work. I hope that you enjoy them! If you have any comments, critics or remarks I would be happy to hear them!
I have finished my Company Master, quick paint job, happy with it, the base is done, but need to be painted!

I have finished this miniature which was on my shelf since almost 4 years, happy how it turned out, even if the cast was really bad, for example the fingers were re-sculpted.

And here the mini I have enjoyed the most since long time, Random Encounter from FeR miniatures. Just a joy to paint, which is guiding your brush. I was looking forward to go to bed and wake up to continue painting him. I advise to anyone who want a characterful mini with not much difficulties but lots of space for creativity!
Thanks FeR miniatures!

That's an interesting dwarven adventurer for sure. Kudos on the beard. they greying patch is really a nice touch.

Great colours on the dwarf! reminds me of the ones used by Eureka minis team ;) I also like the addition of the grey patch to the beard, very nice. I would suggest glazing a bit of cream/yellow into it?

I would also love to see your Arcadia miniatures ;)

Thank you Maenas ! Thank you Meph!
Here some of my Arcadia Quest latest mini, all heroes are painted, most of the monsters too, I try to paint them really fast, airbrush layer first then brush 1~2h for a smallini and 2.5h for a bigger one.

Here my next mini of this morning, Rackham Cobalt the Caustic. I have decided to go for normal skin tones instead of goblin green skin.

That's super fast! I spend almost thrice the time...:worship: so I will try to go a little faster and see what happens. Thank you for sharing.

Watching your projects evolve ;)

Good stuff, man, good stuff. Playing board games with fully painted minis is always a joy. I'm slooowly working my way through the minis of a mate's Imperial Assault. Fun to do.

Thank you Maenas, but I airbrush them first with main color highlight and shadow which speed up a lot the process.

Thank you Meph and Kretcher!

Here some progress on Cobalt, from this morning seesion:
