Bretonnia militia: Cockfighters

I just finished painting one more member for this small bretonnia militia unit display (latest painted model is the archer). The final work will include bigger display base with some extra details. That's why I kept those recular small square bases. there is going to be one more halberdier and after that I'm doing the base.

That is some awesome work, love the direction on those. Especially like how the handpainted banner is made clearer that it's a DIY job by the company since there's a much cleaner heraldic device on the shield.

Beautiful, great expressions on faces, love the missing tooth. Maybe the picture, but the eys of the archer looks like he is looking to his right.

Thanks for voting and comments. Hmmm..perhaps some people don't see these so interesting for I suppose those old men at arms aren't that hip and cool Though I like them quite alot. I think those older are much better than these current men at arms figures. Luckily I have quite many of them. I have halberdiers, bowmen and some yeomen(?) on foot, or maybe they were squires...don't remember.

I agree, these are a solid 8 at the least. Awesome job on the unit. The skin tones looks wonderful. They look like historic painted miniatures which gives them very life-like qualities.
