Nice work! I really like the simplicity of the base, actually. It helps highlight the model without distracting from it and is very well done (as is the miniature, of course).

Unfortunatly 1st cut in france is the top 5 minis. And will it is a very good mini itprobably won\'t make it in the top 5. I had planned on making 1st cut until I found that out, all hope is gone now

Never give up hope. You\'ve done a fabulous job. All comments above are absolutely correct. I\'ve seen a lot of comments about your improvement in your time here, as I\'ve read through the forums, and some of the people that have commented on said improvement are some of the best painters out there.
Listen to them.
They know whereof they speak.
You\'ve done a great job, and if the judges don\'t see that, then they need new glasses or something.
Look at all this praise for the piece, just in this thread, and look me in the eye, and tell me you aren\'t a winner.
If not in the contest (then they\'re idiots), then here.
The piece rocks.

Thank you to you all! And Particularly to Naukhel (you are flattering me )... Yes, I have made big progress in a few months, but it is thanks to the the comments and the councils of the members of CMON! But, unfortunately, I am conscious that my level is not yet that of a GD.
