I guess the brits that meet up at GDUK are kinda like a \'british team\', but are you looking more for a \'model club\' type thing near you?

As much as i dislike non brits coming over here, drinking our beer and taking our demons and women (lol) I was stood next to the spanish team when the demons were being awarded and I have to respect the spanish feeling of comerarderie- it takes more than a red t-shirt to be a team.

I have heard rumours that they treat the build up like a milatary operation- all planning who will enter what category so they are up against each other as little as possible to increasae their chances of success.

If there was to ever be a british team, I believe this would have to be a very elite thing- being invited to join and compete rather than just turning up in a t-shirt too.

P.S- for the next spanish demons I am planning to go over and represent Britain. No t-shirt but I will be sporting the traditional brit abroad attire of string vest, knotted hanky hat and flip flops and socks. Anyone who wants to join me is welcome, although you must be able to win a demon, drink all their san miguel and steal all their seniorettas!!

I hope this goes through, I seem to have started some kind of fad, it seems

Good luck you guys, the British Team will surely be something to be wary of!

@Angelos - When I set about creating the Canadian team, I PMed everyone on CMoN who I knew to be Canadian and invited them to the team, as well as asking them about other Canadians whom they knew.

The second step helped me to find many other skilled painters whom I wouldn\'t have known otherwise.
