BT Rhino - Feedback?

I had posted this awhile back as part of a commission thread -- but when the buyer bailed on my I decided to put in new details and re-list the battleforce on eBay.

I\'ve been too busy to do much buy made a point of sanding, re-painting, and detailing the hatch. I also added a bit of weathering and some highlighting that doesn\'t show up well in the photo (Codex Grey lining).

Thought I\'d pop it back up for some additional feedback.

Thanks in advance --

To be honest I view this as an above medium Tabletop piece. There are several areas which I think could be improved.
For example the Metallic scratches on the hatch (Top & Rear) do look painted on and need to have the edges worked on.
In addition the unblemished top hatch looks wrong in comparison to the scuffed one.
The edge-lineing you mention obviously is too subtle for the picture so I\'d suggest reinforcing it with an addition touch of Codex/Fortress grey. You could also pick out the Corners of the top main compartment hatch with either Fortresss grey or Fortress grey & Skull White to give them an extra \"Bling\".
The Vision slits on the Front turret could do with a lift in the form of brighter highlights.
I\'m impressed by the amount of hard work that has gone into the Freehand, not easy to achieve the Gothic Script used in the Black Templars Iconography. Good effort, misterjustin.

Wow, great feedback, thanks!

Cleaner scratches - got it.

Other top hatch? Is that supposed to be a hatch? Huh. I\'d done the weathering on the seam of the obvious hatch but didn\'t realize the other one actually did anything :) Edge scratching coming up.

Stronger highlighting - got it.

And thanks for the kudos on the freehand -- I actually picked this one up again largely as an excuse to continue working on script... thus the silly amount of large and small lettering.

Same with the freehand skulls -- I came up with an easy method for painting \'em and had to force myself not to do wall-to-wall skulls :)

Thanks again!

Yup, mike hit the nail on the head with the above.

Shouldn\'t take too long to rectify though as what you have is to a good standard. An extra hour of work should really help push up the price at auction so will be worth doing.
