Bubbles

How evil are bubbles in mini painting?
I know bubbles that form when applying the paint to the mini are awful.

But what about when mixing dilution\\paint on the pallette? What do they signal?

Finally, I noticed that my GW white paint pot, has many bubbles on the surface of the paint... I tend to shake my paint for at least 10 seconds with rapid shaking... is my shaking causing the bubbles---> thus causing unwanted paint bubbles?

You don\'t want bubbles on the mini, because when the paint dries the bubble will burst leaving a crater in the paint. Doesn\'t look good! It\'s nothing to worry about if you have bubbles in your paint on the pallette or in the pot. That\'s just an inevitable effect of air being mixed into the paint, which typically happens when you shake the paint pot.

then again depends what your doing

if your painting acid marks or small calabure bullet dings then bubbles are great just make sure u paint them with the colour of the acid after or metal and what not lol
