You could try Rajapack. They specialise in packaging materials so you should be able to find what you are looking for. Only downside is that you have to buy in largish quantities ( 25+) at a time, but they work out pretty cheap/ box when you do that.

Depending on where you live, the post office might have a selection of boxes, some smaller than others.
So does ours,.................BUT THE PRICE. Ouch!

I like to use little boxes designed for trading cards. The one's that hold 100 are the perfect size, and here in Canada still make the classification for the smallest size parcel. I get them for around 50 cents to 75 cents each from the LGS.

I just go around back of a local art/craft store and do a little dumpster diving. Tons of little box's and bubble wrap.

As Scott mentioned, the card boxes are great and cheap. A 200 count box 12cm x 10cm x 8 cm we sell at $0.50, a 400 count cost $0.75 Forget the post office. These boxes are strong too, to prove a point I stood on one and it held. As for the Tubes, CanadaPost charges $1.00 extra for tubes because they have to hand scan them because they roll around on the conveyor belt and sometimes are missed by the scanners.

Any local stores/industrial units that may be chucking useful stuff? Lamp fittings shops spring to mind, they must go through umpty lightbulb boxes, which with a few polystyrene peanuts & a brown paper wrap should do the trick? Quantity purchases should be in plain brown card boxes too, rather than the printed ones we're used to seeing on retail display, so you may be able to hide your recycling from the purchaser! Unless advertising your "green" credentials would be a benefit?

Not sure if you are in the US but if so USPS will deliver boxes for shipping for free....it is at the online site under the store area, but they are free

Just looked at this site unfortunately they charge £7.50 delivery! (Unless you order over £100 worth!)
Edit: for Rajapack delivery is £8.95 before VAT
