The pics are dark and fuzzy. They look good, paint is neat I would vote a 6 for them till I see better pics.

I think that you should consider doing some freehand or applying some transfers to the shoulder pads of your mini - That will greatly increase the look and feel of your trooper.

You should work on the lighting in your photos, as OgreBane points out. Better pictures will give better voting.

Nice Basing BTW :)

As said already as Far as I can make out from the pic the ainting is ok nice and neat and covering well.

Better pics wil help for more helpful critique.
