Cadwallon.com?

Hello,

In my search for Confrontation figures I came along this website : cadwallon.com. They have a lot of items on offer, many of them very rare at very cheap prices. They also have some (previously unreleased?) items in resin. I'm now wondering if anyone has experience with this company? Ii it legit or are it knock-off's or recast? As I don't play, only paint, I just need the figures, no cards, but I don't want to support a recaster either and to be honest, i'm a bit hesitant to send them money.

They are a known recaster, but the only one I know that still actively sculpts Confrontation stuff (mostly by Legendarion). Ordering from them is fuss free and fairly easy. They have a lot if support in France,it seems.

as said: they are recasters mostly with a few original new figures (I'm looking at you "better Griffin-rider than the official from Legacy and for 5th of the price" or the cadwallon wolfen).

Their service is really good (and postage is essentially free, as it costed 8€ last time, but got a free figure for ordering above 70€), no missing packages, missing pieces or such. It's mostly a paypal buy + about 2 weeks of wait for Eu and no customs taxes.

Altough they are recasts, but the quality is pretty good. There are some worse from the first few they made (some early griffin or wolfen for example), but the later ones (daikinee, ophidians, infinity figures (and from tales of others: KD and FW too)) are almost like the original.
On some figures the only hints that they are not original are: gates look different, material is more rigid, not as soft as R originals.

Right now the only good source of Confrontation figures (very few are missing, some extra self-made ones available)

Thank you very much for your quick and usefull answers. I think I will give them a try as there are some models I really want and can't seem to find them anywhere else. If only Rackham had continued...

I love Rackham figures and still do not have Minis I want. But the ones I have are originals. I thought about buying at cadwallon, but I didn't, because I will always think, that it is a fake Mini, when looking at it.
At last it's up to yourself, whether you are OK with recasts or not. I for myself, go the hard way through ebay and private buys.

you know you are being loyal to a dead company and another company, who bought the rights and apparently doesn't care :)

Still most of my R are originals. The exception being Clan Wolfen and in the future quite a few daikinee (as hunting those down is a pain I don't want). Other than that I bought some legendarion sculpts from them.
