Good paint job! Like the free hand... But you need to be lighter on the photoshop, the image is over sharpened. It is a pity because some part of the mini is cartoonish.

I like this a lot. The colour composition and the free hand are pretty good. I think that if you want to improve you should focus on the colour transitions in your highlighting. You need more and thinner layers to create a smoother transition.

Yes, in certain parts the color transition is not smooth at all. Thanks for the suggestion, ozymandias!

I agree with ozymandias. also if you want too stretch it a little bit more you could start to use warm and cold glases/shadow higlights to give even more life too the figure. but a very good start and nice too see posted figures. Looking forward too see your progress.

Still, I like your transitions on the NMM. Sometimes hard transitions work well there, and for the most part, I think you hit it pretty bang-on.

as it was said before transitions could use some work. But i really dig the base i like the show of the four "elements" or what have you, made it just that much better to me.
