Can anyone ID this mini?

Since I moved, I\'m finding minis I never even knew I had. Most, I\'ve been able to ID myself, through Reaper\'s website or a nice clear stamp on the bottom (like Ral Partha\'s, why can all minis have such a nice clear stamp?).
The stamp on the bottom of this has been garbled by a bad seam line and I can only make out \'85 underneath the garbled name.

That looks very like \"The Wizard of Hope\" which is posted up on here.
Trouble is, I can\'t remember who posted it. ........Sorry

That looks a lot like one of the figures from Ral partha\'s 3 stage character pack-Wizard. Unfortunately I can\'t confirm it for you because I no longer have my old, old catalogs. Good luck!
