Can anyone tell me if I live in the only place in the world where the temperature can reach 36 degrees Celsius (96 F) one day (22 degrees at night), and can\'t breaK 13 (55F) the next with 120mm of rain, a howling gale and snow on the hills?

We can go fom 20 deg. C to -30 the next day no sweat.
Temp here is famous for that
