You mean routine right?
And somehow I find it hard to believe Hamms routine was harder. Of course I don\'t follow the sport but those two flip-twirly things (your turn to correct me) in succession seemed a lot harder to do than anything in Hamms bit.
the \"flippy twirly things\" (releases)
look harder than hamms, but hamms routine involved bar work...meaning, the way he placed his hands on the bar while flipping was harder than the other dudes, and yes while releases are hard, and many of them in a row do bump up your score, bar work is trickier, like when you flip around on the bar while in a handstand.
and another thing is each gymnasts routine has a start value, that can be anything out of 10. i think i mentioned it, but its important as well. hamms start value was out of 10.0 while the italian dudes was out of 9.9. doesent seem like a big difference right? nope! its HUGE! because that means that hamm has to fudge it up a tenth before he was even down to the italian guys, so in order for him to get down to a 9.8 he has to screw up two tenths while the italian guy only had to screw up once. thats why when they tied the other guy won, because he had less mess ups than hamm did.
can you tell i like gymnastics?
