journey wrath of demons
Started last weekend then had a game on thursday. unsure if Im going to go tmm or nmm, not decided how much time I want to spend on each one but I will do this one as a test and go from there. Also wondered if I should try a cold gold instead of warm so I can do the warms on the monkey king crew. Or it might look better in a Blue metal intsead of gold?

Oh, he's lost it. Completely. I've seen those crews. If not now, then after painting them he'll have lost it for sure. Good thing his painting is still rock solid - even if his mind is completely unhinged. Canny, here's a crazy idea: flip the schemes. Make these guys warm with only the slightest hint of evil (glowing red eyes or just completely black or milky orbs, you know, just one small unnerving detail carried across the minis) and make the monkey king and his crew look sinister like anti heroes (a monkey king suicide squad maybe?). That would make your set really unique and original :)

Owww I like the milky black eyes, I remember watching that tv show with the brothers that fight demons, those demons had good evil eyes. As for unhinged ant well all!

Blue metal could look very interesting on this one, missed your posts Canny. Did you post pictures of the guy with the plane backdrop ?

Looks great! Can't wait to see the next update. What does cold gold look like? Like more white tan? and less orangey yellow?

Thanks to Zab for the mix of milliput to smooth out a few bits.
put together a base with my first worthy atempt at turning a plinth. Made the base out of a few pieces of rubble from my chimney and a few other things. Thanks Bailey and co for the hangout last week even though I could not talk I had fun.

next step is to fill all the gaps and re paint it then ad LIGHTS, went down to the hardware store and picked up a cheap 2xAAA battery tourch with flash and full beam, its the only way to build something small with out paying mega bucks for mirco switches and fancy circuit boards.
