Im going to do a stock take and decide what I want to paint this year, My initial thoughts are 1 mini per month + finish the dwarves and Ultramarine. I would like you guys to help with my choice as I change my mind tooooooo much as I jump from one fantastic idea to the next, I will note them down beside the mini for your thoughts.

So I have been painting a tank and building a small display for it with my Sisters partner, who is addicted to world of tanks.
After plenty of research Hairspray is fantastic for a chipping medium! painted it up green w Zenithal lighting, afew chips and streaks to look like dirt and oil, then hairspray and hit it with an off white in a camo like pattern. then scrubed it with a brush and a tooth brush to get the heavy chipping then rinsed it under runnign water. Then a bit more weathering.
Fairly simple base that should come up pretty sweet. Tip, if you have big rubble you need smaller rubble, mixing cork and various rocks/pebbles and what ever else adds to the realisim. lolly pop stick, tooth picks, paper clips and sprew.

Now thats more impressive than looking at a screen, Fantastic job Buddy. Im one happy champ, the waves are so real. Bravo!
On a side note look at my face, that colour chart on faces is Pretty dam good!
We played Descent for the 1st time with my brothers partner she is a secrete nerd too, So its her birthday this thursday so I have a mission . . . stayed up way too late and did this, the symbol on the cape is from world of warcraft (warlock is her toon) So its going to double as a descent piece and a little nod to her toon in game.
You can just see there is a DAM mould line on the lip and chin and bit of flash on her cheek I missed it. So I stayed up even later striped her face and repainted it. . no pic yet but it was good practice for the eyes and painting the face. Helmets are so much easier HAhahaha.
Error Error error. . . I made the pins to hold the arms on place way too small so had a real mission getting the old pins out and putting new ones in, The arms are so small there was only 1/2mm around the paper clip but drilled extra careful and extra long about 2.5mm in. Now they dont fall off if you bump them.
I must crop and scale Nurgle pics too, he has a new home and can be loaded up. I will just finish the lady 1st gotta keep momentum.
