Can't add/edit pics

im new on CMON and wanted to add some pictures to my gallery but theres no upload frame when i click the link on top .
But when my brother logged in with his account (same pc) he can see the frame and upload pictures

help will be nice

I just signed up and am dealing w/ the same issue. Is there a waiting period before we can upload pics?

There was a bug where users with no pictures couldn't add their first one. This is now fixed, sorry bout that.
