A very funny mini to paint! I tried a very strikink contrast between colours and this was the first try with the French/pastel look... i don\'t know if that\'s how it\'s supposed to be, but i like the way it turned out...

No work on the base this time, a little NMM here and there and... well, that\'s all!

Comments/criticisms/tips always welcome!

I like it. Overall, I would think he would be darker/dirtier, but that wouldn\'t work with the French pastel look. He looks very faded / sun-bleached. Did you try the Finn pocket method of weathering?

The mini is excellent. Very appropriate painting to reflect his character!!

uhm... i don\'t know about that: i just used a brown/red wash for the blade and a lot of bleached bone for highlighting blue and red... and white for yellow

btw, thanx for commenting ;-)

I think...

Airhead is referring to an experiment that Finn tried once. I guess he carried a painted mini around in his pocket for two weeks to see how the \'weathered\' effect would work.

 well i didn\'t try, but this may be a proper punishment for minis that don\'t behave in the proper way
