just found this one on a german news site- luckily, they got an english section:

i still wonder about the details of the accident, but i guess it was just one of these days when everything goes wrong

How the hell!?! The article states he was going at 90 mph ish...... thats still an impressive amount of air to get that high up. Thats one thing to be said for cctv cameras... it would have made TV shows all around the world if they had caught that accident on film

No it´s not an aprils fool gag, it really happened, i double checked. it happended at the end of january, but the police report was published at april the first

to give you the solution: the guy broke through the crash barrier and drove over the sidewalk and over a slope that worked like a ski jump - still Spacemunkie is right, it was pure luck that he didn´t hit the churchwall

Ít\'s not an april fools gag. This story was in the news in january. The slope was frozen and rock-hard. So it worked like a ski jump and catapulted the car through the church roof. I saw an interview with a stuntman and he said it would be possible but it would be way to risky to try it as a car-stunt.
