originally the romulans n klingons were allies and they traded each other the Romulans got the decent ships from the Klingons and the Klingons got the cloak. things got nasty n they fell out been that way ever since.....*slaps face, not real... only ..onl..ly make believe..slap* few! back to reality Lol.
