Celestine assembly question

I picked up Celestine The Living Saint from GW last week, which actually is my first GW mini in a veeeery long time. But this sculpt is so much better than the rest of the new GW stuff, that I had to take a break from painting Rackham

So here\'s my question: how to firmly attack the cloak to the main body. My idea was to put a pin through the entire backpack, pin this to the body and pin the cloak part onto that.

Anyone else had any experience with this mini?

The way I went and the way I uaually go is to fill in the sockets with milliput then press on the other part to form a better glueing surface.Make sure the ball part is wet so it doesnt stick.Then when the milliput is dry superglue them together.
I very rarely pin my minis but they are all for display so it doesnt matter.
One tip I will give is to paint the cloak,halo-backpack,and figure seperate.
