maybe some woodlands scenery, but dont know what size the base will be, but would be cool to see this mini as if they are lurking on enemies in some sort of spooky or misty forrest, in my oppinion but a nice swamp base would be perfect too.

I was thinking a graveyard, or something, but I don\'t know what size/shape to find/make a plinth, and I have nothing started.

I think I will continue with the painting, and hope that basing will be easier with the mini to help with inspiration.

Here\'s a second vote for swampy grassland. I think the troll would look great up to his knees is muddy water--plus, there\'s a good reason that Taxxis decided to ride rather than walk

Like the bayou or New Orleans as in Interview?
Moss, fog, standing water, and a tomb or stone?

That is exactly what I had in mind. I couldn\'t think of any examples but Interview With A Vampire is a perfect one. Or even The Patriot.

As far as a base goes you can always just get one of the premade wooden bases they sell at craft stores such as Michael\'s, it doesn\'t have to be a plinth. I used one of those bases on my Troll vs Dwarf dio, I think it worked quite well. They are quite cheap and you can get them in different shapes and sizes. Troll vs Dwarf
