Chaos Black Primer oxidising?

Recently bought a tin of black spray and box of chaos termies. Undercoated them all, they dried a black/grey/white, i shook can again for a good 3 mins, same result. I now have 5 useless terminators and a dodgy tin of primer (i think) what should i do as i spent over £30 on them. Will GW laugh me out of the store.

Cheers

Did you prime them out in the open?
As I did some rough work and primed it outside and the same thing happened to me.
It had been raining and was still pretty damp in the air.
Fortunatley the primer (OK GW spray) is still able to be painted on, just looks weird.

I would have tried warming the can also, although might make no difference.

Assuming you don\'t want to paint over it as-is, you can always strip (plastic or metal minis) if you have to.

They might. But worth a shot... shame to waste all the prep work though!

Thats called \"Bloom\" and it is from the humidity.

You can strip the paint of them though..there are methods for both metal and plastic miniatures.

You could always take a tank or other wide brush, and just go over them with a pot of chaos black and the brush to correct the primer. Thin coat should do as chaos black likes to cover even where you don\'t want, but for an undercoat it shouldn\'t hurt anything as nothing is painted yet.

Don\'t know a thing about the GW sprays, but no sense in tossing out minis just cause the spray didn\'t work right.

sorted, just painted over it. i didnt want to put another coat on them and risk paint being thik. the humidity was a bit higher than usual today. thanks guys:beer:
