Most user are lazy on the forum youll get more attention if you show in the thread, thats just the way it goes.
Big pictures are brutally honest, so am I, get a free picture editor and thin your paints.

Or don't thin your paints and post small pictures, either way, happy painting.

Allright you sorted out the pics I'll give the hints a go.

1- Thin you paints, you wont achieve anything nice if you dont, especially metals, that look very thick very fast. You need a good even and thin surface for the second step
2- Gradients, you need to work every colors on every surface from light to dark, using layers or blending, whichever you learn easiest.
3- Metallics need to be shaded, many TT painters use inks for that, its better imo to use mat paints ( In thin layers.) to remove the shine from places that receive no light.
4- Color scheme, you want purple and green... that's cool, but do you know why ? You can't just pick a couple colors hoping they'll work together, there is theory behind that, color theory that is, and your color choice should depend on that if you want to stray away from the fluff suggested ones (Which I have no problems with.)

Try posting in the WIP section for a while, if you are serious about getting help, a lot of reader will snub beginners work in the submission sections because they have better things to see.

Even if your only aim is to have a decent army for your local games, these are all things you need to learn and master, before you go anywhere with this.
Hope this helps, happy painting.
