Hey guys, I\'ve got a couple of new pics up, my Zombie and my Emperors Champion! Yey! Frolic! Now go vote!

I\'m debating whether to take new pics of the Emperors Champion, as he came out kinda bright. I\'d love to hear any suggestions/comments on either of them, and I\'d also like to know whether I should take new pics. Some stuff kinda got washed out.

I had already passed the Zombie at some point and rated him an 8. Nice and icky sicky.

The Champion I\'m not quite as fond of, though I can\'t quite put my finger on why. It\'s still a well executed model, though. I think it\'s something about the face/head conversion that\'s not quite jibing in my brain.

Still...you make me sick. I mean that in a good way.

I\'ve visited them both, and of the two the zombie\'s got the edge.
Your Champion is, I think, suffering from too much of the same or similar colour. All the NMM gold isn\'t quite working as, to quote my wife \" There isn\'t enough dark tones in the yellows to make the gold fly\"

And I must agree with Darthfoley. If you were over here in the UK the hammer would be getting warmed up. lol

Hey Owen!

I really like the zombie alot, it\'s great.. sickly skintones, old and tattered clothes, and good and dirty NMM.
But yah, the Emps Champ came out nicely, although I think the gold is a bit yellow and needs some brown, and the purity seals good use some good old inscription.

BTW.. i\'ll send off the pin vice and drills on monday, been busy and not gotten on AIM.. sorry :]

Thanks guys, I think I am gonna take different pics, the gold is a lot less yellow IRL. The pic brightness kinda turned all my yellow bits to white, and all my brown bits to yellow.

Nice work Nelson - I agree with comments on your Emperor, too yellow, but still nicely painted. The zombie dude is the \'badgers\' - nice simple model and painted extremely well

Saw the Zombie earlier and really liked him. I can\'t see anyway you could have done him better, you\'ve got a \"clean\" dirtyness going on that is very hard to do, so a 9.

The Champion at first glance doesn\'t look quite as good, but I took some time to look at the pictures and it looks like you\'re having real problems getting the photography right. The sword looks a little flat in the main pics, but awesome in the side pics, the conversion work is so flawless I didn\'t even realise it was converted at first, where did you get the head from? So I gave him a 9 as well.

And yeah, I\'m really annoyed with the photos. I like to think the real version is halfway between the two.
