Some of you may remember that I gave the proceeds of several auctions to Child\'s Play last year. I\'ve always loved this charity, where absolutely 100% of the proceeds go directly to buying toys/video games for childrens\' hospitals in the US, Canada and around the world.
This year I think I\'ll do it again, it\'s actually a pretty cool system because this way you can give to charity even if you\'re broke. Everyone has an eBay account and a bunch of models kicking around, so paint a couple and toss them up there, it\'s for a good cause :innocent:
So far the guys on Penny Arcade report that over $330,000 has been donated by us gamer folk, and that figure\'s maybe a week old by now. Let\'s be a part of this awesome charity, which gives millions of dollars to kids who really need a bit of cheering up.
