I just finished the second of what I hope will become my own line of miniatures. The first being Mabel the child witch (link: Mabel). Meet Esther the fire sorceress.
She is the same size as the females Werner klocke sculpted for Reaper.
I hope she will sell ok. I\'m really happy with how she turned out. :D
Please vote and or comment.. pretty please :)

The link to her in my gallery:

Hi,

cool sculpt. At this rate you should have no problems getting VIP and the other figure you had planned done in time. As it is, I may still have access to the other two mould places I mentioned. So we could throw in two sculpts there and reserve a spot for an extra one in our mould.

Bye, Ming-Hua

Thanks :) Maybe a 3th mouldplace will be welcome.. Esther, the space pirate dwarf (who\'s starting to look pretty cool :) He\'s comming along nicely (he\'s under my lamp now for speeding up curing)) and finally I\'m also in the proces of sculpting Eric (sorry EricJ, nicked your name for it ;-) )the boy wizard who will be in the same scale and style as Mabel. So I might need a 3th place for that one.

(who said you need unity in your miniature lines lol I sure as hell have none.. but then again I do it for fun mainly.. so bite me ;) )

Ok, I\'ll contact them and see if we can still use those mould cavities. I expect this mould will be spun till it\'s dies so it may be easier for us to order more copies than the 12 masters we\'ll get from our mould. You can sell some figures straight away then.

I\'ll let you know by mail.

Bye, Ming-Hua

Edit, I\'ll be throwing in my bearded :)P) female dwarf so if it works out we\'ll have one spot left for an extra figure.

Esther is gorgeous! Beautiful hair. I would love to paint her too.
No constructive critisism needed. I would only be nit-picking.
Also, Mabel looks very cute. I like the frog, and her face. Great expression.

Cindy;

Ester is really nice. Love her face and hair. I\'d love to have one, please let us know if you get her cast where we can buy her.

Cheer,

Ok it\'s probably me, but does anyone else see a younger \"Ipaintminis\" as the Mabel figure.
(ok so it is just me!)

Cindy those figures are great, sign me up for a couple.

Yes, let me know who ends up casting them. (Maybe we can get TAB or BORG to carry the line?)

I love this sculpt, simple, elegant, effective, I want to paint one, definately let us know when their available.

And I\'m happy to lend my name to a mini, you know, as long as it\'s your best sculpt ever, and is NOT a guy in a corset...:p:bouncy:

I\'m really glad you got your own account finally, and wappy can\'t keep all this great work from us. It\'s nice, you two definately have your own distinctive styles, and now it\'s much easier to tell see it!

yay

Hehe, carefull now. She\'s not yet finished and you may just be giving her ideas. Anyway, there was this thread here on sculpting CMON members.... :)

By the way, you last remark, was that for Celthulhu?

Mixing up two threads here, are we? ;) (well I guess that remarc was obviously for Celthulhu)

And don\'t worry Eric will be a 7-11 year old wizards aprentice with an owl and big floppy hat, not some dude in a corset.. Not sure about it becomming my best sculpt ever. But If you like Mabel you\'ll probably gonna like this one as well.

And I\'ll make sure to tell you guys when she\'s available. and thanks for all the positive replies.. I\'m gonna blush. I had hoped for some peopleto like her but hadn\'t anticipated this amount of positive responce... Sure makes me more enthousiastic to continue with the own-line-plan without it taking ages.

yep, sorry! I posting right out of bed makes keeping threads straight hard, it was for Celthulhu, I had posted on hers and yours and well, she was here too, and, you understand, it turned into something of a train of thought post, I didn\'t mean to get off topic, promise. :(

However, I think your original plan for the Eric mini sounds great, eheh, no need to rethink it :D

this one really is an outstanding sculpt though, you shouldn\'t be so suprized at these replies!

I know it\'s silly to mention with all your talent and talent around you, but if you ever need someone to paint displays for your upcoming line of minis. *shyly raises hand* At least Eric! ;)

awesome work, I can\'t wait to see the next ones, it\'s definately motivation for me to try to learn this sculpting thing.

Eric at present is only legs ;-) I can\'t believe you shyly raises a hand, you of all people. I\'d love to see your paints on my miniatures. I\'ll make sure you get a mastercast copy of Eric when I get him cast and I sure would love to have a great paintjob of the mini (or any mini for that matter). I however can\'t afford painters so I guess I will have to do with pointing to other peoples paintjobs of them and looking at them puppy-eyed for the greenlight to do so. Which by the way is a great kick to see your own sculpts painted by someone else. Even more than I anticipated :) I was all happy when I saw Jenova\'s take on my ogress from Eastern front.

And you should try sculpting too.. great fun (even when I\'m slow as a slug when it comes to sculpting ;) )
