Do you think this looks ready for voting, i need to glue his loincloth but aside from that what do you guys think, this is my first mini i\'m going to put on here so i\'m a little worried, i hope you guys like it.

First off I think you need to work on your photos, I took the first on and did some slider pushing to try and get a better look.

Neatness is spot on and the colour choice is decent enough.

It looks like you have drybrushed the skin (?) alright for gaming models, but if you pushing to improve your painting i\'d start practicing with layers or even wetblending, whatever suits you best.

The basing is a touch lacking as well, but if it is for a game then I can see why you wouldn\'t want to go overboard.

Good first submission though!

That photo looks a lot better, i\'m really bad a taking photos of my mini\'s.

The skin worked out wierdly, i was trying a different technique where instead of highlighting and layering i did things in a series of small thin lines, it worked well for some High Elf Horses i did but i don\'t think it worked too well on this considerably larger model, originally the lines looked a bit out of place so i give it a good few washes/glazes to tone it down.

do you know of any good tutorials for wet blending, as i\'ve had no joy in my attempts so far.
