Citadel highlight chart

Hi there, I checked the articles and couldn\'t find it so hopefully I don\'t get too much flak!

Anywho, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a chart to show what colors are good for highlighting and basecoating what. Because black and white don\'t always work well for that.

Also, one problem I really have with painting is finding colors that match well. An example is my Imperial Guard army for 40K. The colors I chose make the army really dark and it doesn\'t stick out as much as I\'d like it so. So I was just hoping someone had some tips to help in choosing colors schemes or what works well with what, etc.
