Since my last work was uberweathered, I bounced back in a completely opposite direction.
Anyone remember that old Navigator that Citadel put out back in the late eighties with the huge, bulbous head and giant eyes? That\'s what was in my head while painting this guy, hence the old school striped pants. Funny thing is that I only started painting him just for practice on eyes, and then decided to finish the rest. The \"cracks\" in the scoops of his psychic hood are painted on.
