clear casting!

I was wondering if its ok to use clear casting to cast your own model?If not please tell me why it isnt good?

just use clear resin for a normal casting kit

I thought it would be good material becasue when i saw the material there were hardly any air bubbles in them?

Shouldn\'t be a problem at all. Only difference is that the resin is epoxy rather than polyurethane or polyester. Just need to check your pot life and working times...

Am told the stuff has about a 1 day set up time as opposed to 1/2 hour for normal resin.
