Is is supposed to have finished now? just wondring if any of you guys know what is going on with this comp? none of the minis were in a special gallery and the CMON 3 contest is still showing. wasn\'t it to end voting on the 15th of december 2004? just want to know who won it that\'s all..???

Do a gallery search for minis by manufacturer \"CMON\", containing the numeral 4 in the name, by \"rating (descending)\". That should give you your results 
But officially, yeah it seems to have been a little neglected.
Winner is Kaple. Second and third are Orb and Dark Zealot, respectively. I am, as usual, right smack dab in the middle...

This search would work if everyone had put the CMoN contest 4 bit in their mini title. I for one didn\'t, but I still hope my entry will be considered as such.... No I didn\'t win, but I did enter and was also wondering when the results would be posted.

Ouch. My \"smack dab in the middle\" looks a lot more like \"fifth last\". And I tried so hard... Oh well it\'s not about the score right? Everyone had their own impression of the mini, and put their own spin on it.
Yeah, Sturmhalo\'s is awesome (one of my Favorites now) but it was the demo piece not an entry. So of course it was good.

It is a bit disturbing that the whole contest was just sort of forgotten. Wonder what\'s going on with that and have to wonder if there will be any more... ???

Hey, cool... I didn\'t do too badly at all. <bounces>
I think the best thing about this contest -- it being the first such CMON one I\'ve entered -- is seeing all the different versions of the same miniature. It\'s incredible to me how much variation there is. There are amazingly cool concepts throughout the list from top to bottom, and a wealth of ideas to learn from.
