CMON banner exchange

I submitted a anner for my site www.tabletopreview.com
a week ago but nothing seems to have happened and my banner is not shown on the list.

Could someone point me in the direction of a help section as I have had no email saying my banner has been approved etc??

Still waiting for my banner to show up in the exchange - thats two weeks now without contact - not very impressive considering I have been displaying banners in good faith over on http://www.tabletopreview.com
