Theres a lot of international painters Angelos so easyjet isn\'t a universal option and a football stadium is a bit much.
I think WG\'s hit it on the head really. Location and venue (I.e) hotel would need to be disscussed as well as the date. It\'s been suggested a \"Low season date be arranged as this will obviously be the cheapest option
Even if its just rooms, I wouldnt\' mind fliting from place to place in a hotel at all!

I\'d be up for it too! Could be quite a larf. That webby link I posted is pretty good tbh. The YHA places are generally pretty nice and well situated and definitely a lot cheaper than hiring a hotel function room and hotel room to sleep in. I looked at a couple and they seem to work out at about £10.00 per person per night all in, which is fekkin great value imo. There\'s one down the road from me in a really spooky wood... great place but a bit isolated lol

And if Rev\'s coming, we\'ll need to be near a pub (coz he\'s getting the beer in )

Cool, so venues pretty much sorted where its situated is open for discussion, I don\'t mind slightly out of the way as long as its not impossible to get to! As for the pub, we can just bring crates (I\'m a bit of a veteran at that kinda thing lol).
Sounds good for 10 beans a head!

Don\'t you have to be a member to use them? Also they are aclahol free zones if I recall with a midnight curfu???

I can\'t expect anyone to go dry man! No one gets left behind/sober in this mans army! There must be some place where its possible to rent chalais or likewise in block...
I reckon thats the best option. It\'ll end up like CMoN town for a couple of days...

The borders would be an excellent place to host it, its quite central and a very nice part of the country IMO.
You o have to be a member of the YHA, but you can join up at the desk when you stay, most libraries allow you to join.

Could always try Butlins out of season This years Euro GT was held at Butlins Bogna Regis, not sure what the costs were but I think they were somewhere along the lines of £130 per person for the weekend and that included the conference facilities etc and was held mid March ish, not saying we should hold it then either this is just a few thought.

Whilst thinking about it is it just going to be a full scale piss up or are we talking of a sort of show with painting competition, demonstrations etc and that sort of thing?

Bit of everything I reckon..
first things here is to find out about interest. Secondly, to form a board of sorts to arrange it, thirdly to discuss the details. But more about that when phases A and B are set
