CMON-ers in miniatures

If any of you ever were to commission a miniature of yourself, what would it be like?

Would it be a sci-fi or a fantasy theme? What scale would it be? Or, maybe, you’d want a more realistic portrait? How would you paint it?

I think it’d be very interesting to find out how do CMON-ers \"see\" themselves featured in their favorite hobby.
:D

I think I\'d have to go with the furturistic assassin in a business suit look. I really need to take something cool out of how they make me dress up every day! :(

Bet you didn\'t imagine me posting here all dressed in my suit every day...

Well if I could pull it off, I think it would be a fantasy elf painted in a cartoony way, and heavily converted to be \'warcraft elf\'.
Well I\'ll probably do it anyway once the Wood elfs come out, it just won\'t be good anothe to be comitioned :p

Gelatinous cube...

Nah not really. I\'d ask for a wolf, padding with curiousity, a bushy tail and a soft expression. I\'d paint it in greys and put it in a diorama of ice and black, broken ground, loping over a rock just to see what\'s on the other side.

I would want a slightly exaggerated (enhanced, that is... :innocent: ) version of myself as I used to look 5-10 years ago, sculpted by Yannick Henebo. I guess the mini would look slightly dark elvish! lol

Hmmm, good question...
I think a Warhammer Fantasy \"Troll-Slayer\" Dwarf would fit perfectly:
1. I am as tall as a dwarf
2. I have a beer belly
3. I love huge Weapons
4. excessive hair growth
5. Tattoos
6. I am stubborn (ask my girlfriend *LOL*)
7. and I somehow always manage to get myself in trouble lol

Now that\'s what I call fresh!

As for me, I\'d go for a fantasy look, something not overloaded with details -- a plain dress with a corset or something, I don\'t know ... :)

Fantasy. Long hair, wearing leather, with a smug \"I\'m better than you and I know it\" grin on my face, you know, this slightly evil look. I need a big weapon, maybe a sword or an axe or something extravagant like a hook sword. Pose should be slightly relaxed, the \"I did a good job\" stance.

Yeah, that\'s good...

Well, it\'d have to make me look better...maybe as in shape as when I was still playing soccer....

Probably Fantasy, an ordinary looking person dressed in unassuming clothing, so as not to give away his abilities.

Well they would have to sculpt off the pony keg and replace it with a six pack and then of course make me ultra cool .. might have to go for the Rackham look.

I actually have a \"miniature\" for my alter ego.
You older geezers may remember this.

In 1964, a company called REMCO came out with little collectible dolls of all the Addams family. In fact they did ALOT of older TV show stars (Munsters, Lone Ranger, etc.) They were very similar to Bobble Heads. The price at the time was 1.29 us dollars.
A mint condition doll these days, in a box goes for 1,200 at toy auctions
The one I picked up is only worth 300. :(
Here is a pic of the Miniature... :)

This one isnt mine but I dont have a pic of the one I own. This one is VERY close though.

A
when ive finnished all my mins to do at the moment, i might have a go at sculpting myself in mini :d, probably as a rugged looking ranger from the north! :d hehe 28mm scale of course!

i dont know where i got that idea from! hehe :innocent:
