CMoN Product Request - Blank Cards

Hi,

Having played a few games (and loving them!) I have a product request. I would like to be able to get some zombie cards and equipment cards with the "face" side blank. This would allow me to create new equipment cards and new encounter cards (using miniature from other games - if anyone is familiar with it, imagine the intrepid survivors coming across a Gun Behemoth - "I congeal my own blood into bullets...") that would mix seamlessly into the existing decks.

I would think that a small pack - maybe 10 or 20 of the two card types - would be sufficient.

Thanks for any consideration!

Shoogoo,

Thank you, but you slightly miss my point. :) I would like cards that are of the same quality and stock as the ones provided in the game so that when they are in the deck, the only way to tell that they are custom is to flip them over. Also, the gamestuff page does not have encounter cards.

Thank you!

Oh sorry, I didn't understand. So what would you do with those cards? Draw on them?

I often print and cut my own cards (with great care), and once sleeved you can't really tell the difference. You should give it a try!

I just noticed a few hours ago that the equipment cards on the gamestuff page don't have the back of the card :(

Shoogoo,

No worries. :) I appreciated the response regardless. Yes, I would draw or print on the card face. I noticed today that the equipment cards don't have backs as well. I find that ... sad. I haven't tried sleeves... I'll need to take a look at them. Having never seen any before I have no feel for ... the look and feel. Also still want zombie encounter cards to make some new zombies and such.

I'm looking forward to the next long-ish time break I get so that I can paint my zombies and survivors...

Sleeves are going to be kinda difficult for the deck as the cards are like half the size of magic or other ccg cards.

I think for custom equipment dekcs it'll probably be best to scan all the exsisting stuff in and blow it up to ccg size and use print outs on cardstock that'd fit the sleeves. It's a bit of extra work but you'd only need to do it once.

Latert tonight I'll try and put together some scans of teh original deck into a PDF and I'll also include the card backs.

If you do get the reverse of the card scanned, I would love to get a copy. I can use that and make the custom equipment cards that popped into my head. :)

Thanks!

Fantasy Flight make sleeves for half-size cards, as they use lots of those in many of their games.
I haven't seen what size these cards are as I haven't got my copy of Zombicide yet as I am in OZ and apparently they are waiting for a tornado in Kansas to send it here.

PS:- Wrong OZ :p

What sleeves do you use? The only ones I've seen available are clear. This would still be problematic because it would be hard to match the printing on the card back.
