Hi,
I've just received the aforementionned order, and one item is missing from it.
-Last mail I received confirmed the order dispatching, with all items.
-On the delivered receipt inside the order box, one item is listed as not included, and the word "refund" is handwritten below. I have no such refund record on my paypal account.
I can PM more details and screenshots as required.
