CMON's Legion Program (email error)

Hello, I am having issues with sending in my Legion program application.

I am sending it to the address provided

I get an error when I do (tried it 3 times, unless 4 times is the magic number :curl-lip: )

Any assistance would be appreciated an where I send my application.
