Codex: Dark ANgels

Does anybody know when the new codex: dark angels is coming out???

been using the second edition but they have updated it and confused the life out of me now

I think the general consensus is that Dark Angels will be the next chapter to get its own freestanding codex (ie in the same way that the Black Templars did). The run-up to Christmas seems like a good bet it terms of release date. With the cityfight stuff being released in the summer and ?Eldar? fitting in between the two

thats the stuff i dont quite understand since they released the new codex: sm and the new rules since some squad types aren\'t included in the da codex

Well you need to get the new codex space marines. Even when the new dark angels book comes out, it wont list everything either, it will just refer you to the SM book for most things.

i want it too i think it will be this time next year. i hope they give the DA some decent things back like plasma cannons for cheaper as they were before the new SM codex

Yeah, I think they need to be fleshed out a bit ruleswise. They never seemed different enough to vanilla marines on the battlefield (unless you play a Ravenwing or Deathwing army that is)

yea deathwing army is want i want, one of my GW members has a 2000 point deathwing army, and its taken him a year or so to do it cus he hates Bleached Bone, now his LRC looks better than his termies he isnt too chuffed lol i couldnt stop laughing at his face im nasty
